4. Performance and Session Replay Cookies

Third-Party Cookie Providers
Google Analytics – We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymized data about how visitors use our Sites. This helps us understand traffic patterns, popular content, and areas for improvement. Google Analytics data is not used for advertising purposes. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Fullstory – We use Fullstory to record and analyze user sessions to identify usability issues and improve the user experience. Fullstory captures page interactions such as clicks, scrolls, and navigation but automatically excludes sensitive fields such as passwords and payment information. You can opt out of Fullstory session recording by visiting the Fullstory Opt-out page.
Help Scout – We use Help Scout Beacon to provide live chat and self-service support on our Sites. Help Scout uses browser local storage to maintain widget state, track proactive messages, and cache help article suggestions for a better support experience.
Cloudflare – We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our Sites from bots and automated abuse. Cloudflare sets cookies to verify that visitors are human and to manage bot protection challenges on forms and other interactive elements.
Google Fonts – Our Sites load the Inter typeface from Google Fonts. While Google Fonts does not set cookies, it does make requests to Google servers which may log your IP address. For more information, see Google Fonts Privacy.

Opt-Out Tools
- Google Analytics: Install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to prevent Google Analytics from collecting data about your visits.
- Fullstory: Visit the Fullstory Opt-out page to disable session recording on all sites that use Fullstory.
Do Not Track
Because there is no common standard for how to interpret the Do Not Track (DNT) signal, our Sites do not currently respond to browser DNT signals. However, you can use the cookie management methods described above to control how cookies are used on your device.
Similar Technologies
